Methods of payment
AtickA.com is able to accept the following cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • PayPal

We also accept bank transfers and cheques (for deliverables only). Please contact us as we will need to send you an invoice. Products will only be delivered once funds have cleared. We are unable to accept cash or credit vouchers.

If we are unable to process your card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your card statement exactly. Please contact your card company if the problem persists.


(UK only) Software
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to offer most of our products worldwide, some of them can only be sold to the UK.
If you have placed a UK only product in your cart and have not provided a UK Address, to complete checkout you will have to either:

  • Provide us with a valid UK delivery address. (Use the green "Edit" link appearing on the right of the Delivery address on the "Order Confirmation" page)
    or
  • Remove the UK only product from your "Shopping Cart". (Click on the "My Cart" and remove the (UK Only) product then proceed to "Checkout")


Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.

We offer an extended range of products which are obtained directly from our suppliers. These products are subject to suppliers’ stock availability and delivery dates made by the suppliers’ own delivery services.


Delivery
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by installments. Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by installments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable.

Failure by the Customer to pay for any installment or delivery when due shall entitle us to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Supplier relating to such Goods which the Supplier is then entitled to withhold.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.


Returns and Exchanges
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, you can cancel it within 7 days from receiving the goods for a refund (requires a RMA). Returned goods must be in pristine condition in their unopened original packaging and covered by a RMA - please contact us for details.

The Customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Goods must be returned “as new” or in the same condition that they were received in. There should be no damage, all parts, items should be returned, all packaging must be included and the manufacturer packaging must not be defaced in any manner. Adequate packaging must be used to return the goods.

Adequate packaging constitutes that the item is wrapped securely and then placed inside a box in order for the item to return to us with no internal or external damage. Items that are not securely wrapped and received, will be returned in the same manner.

All of our untangible goods (software) come with downloadable demos or trial licenses to allow thorough testing prior to their purchase. Return requests of downloaded software or unsealed software packages will be rejected, you will need to contact the manufacturer/developer directly in these instances.

The Customer cannot return items that are not under the cover of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Only once the RMA has been authorised, do we accept that the item(s) may be returned. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging only and not on the manufacturer packaging. Any item returned not under the cover of an RMA number will be rejected and returned to you. We do not refund carriage charges applied to the initial order and neither do we pay for the cost of returning the items to us.

We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the criteria laid out above.
